On Thursday, 13 November 2025, Brittany Ferries was honoured with the title of “Most Improved Business” at the Guernsey Customer Awards.
This reflects Brittany Ferries’ commitment to continuously improving the quality of its services and to placing the customer experience at the heart of its business.
The award was presented to Carol Hawkins and Laura Bishop from the Poole Customer Service and Contact Centre teams, as well as to Ian Le Moigne from the Guernsey office, following a successful first summer season.
This distinction reaffirms Brittany Ferries’ ambition to build lasting relationships founded on excellence and proximity.
Brittany Ferries Guernsey has now reached 8th place in the IGR Brand Reputation Index this autumn 2025, this index measures brand reputation among the residents of Guernsey. The report highlights a high level of trust and clear recognition of the company’s positive contribution to the island.
